IT Support Specialist
Open PositionKey Responsibilities: Install, configure, cisco networks, ensuring stable connectivity in line with CCNA standards. Manage and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Administer and support Windows servers and related services based on MCSA environments. Provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Monitor system performance and ensure proper backup and security of company data. Respond quickly to technical incidents and ensure minimal downtime for business operations. The employee is required to submit a weekly report outlining the overall status of the IT infrastructure, including its needs, required improvements, and any issues to be reported to the IT Department
- Proven experience in network management and troubleshooting with knowledge of CCNA concepts.
- Experience working with Windows Server environments and MCSA-related technologies.
- Hands-on experience installing and maintaining CCTV systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
